How to find all leap years between two given years in Java?

Problem Description :

Write a program in Java that prints all the leap years between two given years with proper validations.

Leap years between two given years

Concept :

A leap year is a year containing one additional day. Leap year has 366 days. If any year satisfies any one of following two conditions than we can say that year is a leap year.

It is evenly divisible by 4 but not 100.
It is evenly divisible by 400.

Examples : 2000,2004, 2008 etc.
