How to check whether given number is Hexadecimal or not in Java?



Problem Description :


Write a program in java that checks whether given number is Hexadecimal or not? Do all possible validations also.

Concept :


A hexadecimal number is a number that is represented using sixteen distinct symbols, where symbol 0-9 represent values zero to nine and symbols A,B,C,D,E,F (alternatively a,b,c,d,e,f) represent values ten to fifteen.


Java Program :





Output :


Case 1 :


Output of Java program that checks whether given number is hexadecimal or not - case1
Output - Given number is hexadecimal.


Case 2 :


Output of Java program that checks whether given number is hexadecimal or not - case2
Output - Given number is not hexadecimal.
