How to check whether given number is Octal or not in Java?

Problem Description :

Write a program in Java that checks whether given number is Octal or not? Do all possible validations also.

Given number is octal or not?

Concept :

An octal number is a number that is represented using eight distinct symbols 0-7 where these symbols represent values zero to seven.
